I have updated miui 12 in 8 pro,, but in mx player still problem exist ,, but good news is use vlc player and then in setting ( force on open go es 2.0 ) then your video will work smoothly !! I got the redmi note 8 pro today and so far i like it, however the over sharpening of videos is an issue and makes them look very low quality. The oversharpening issue in videos is present with redmi note 8 pro too.
